APPROVALS
Once the design concept is approved, we initiate the approvals process including, landlord approval, council approval and building permit approval.
To do this, we work closely with the lead design consultant to develop approval documentation. Further collaboration with building surveyors during the design phase will verify that the design meets all building code and legislative requirements.
