At Macca's, Bryan held the position of construction manager in the property team and delivered a diverse range of projects for the golden arches ranging from refurbishment projects, to the delivery of brand new restaurant's or greenfield sites.

It was at McDonald's that Bryan learnt the art of staging each projects to ensure the restaurant could continue to trade through the refurbishment project. Bryan learnt a methodology for delivering projects that he continues to draw from to this day.
