Effective co-ordination of dental and medical construction requires significant expertise. Our project manager is responsible for engaging and leading the build team throughout the course of the build in reference to an agreed build program. 

This includes dealing with complex build issues that may arise, regular site inspections,  and the monitoring of cost, quality, safety and build program. The project manager will also arrange occupancy permit, certificate of final inspection, commissioning of equipment and final handover to the client.

Clinical Projects will manage the defects liability period, conducting the post-occupancy evaluation through to final completion.
