Effective co-ordination of a construction project requires significant expertise. Our delivery PM will guide and monitor the build team and sub contractors according to an agreed build schedule. For this purpose we use an app called Smartsheet which enables us to track the projects program, cost and safety in realtime. Furthermore, the Smartsheets dashboard is accessible to our clients giving them full transparency on the build progress 24-7.

Our PM remains in constant contact with contractors and trades,  dealing with any site or build issues that may arise. As the build nears completion, the PM will also arrange occupancy permit, certificate of final inspection, commissioning of equipment and final handover to the client.

Clinical Projects also manage the defects liability period, conducting the post-occupancy evaluation through to final completion.
