SITE ASSESSMENTS
Prior to the purchase or lease of your new practice, Clinical Projects can be engaged to produce a Site Assessment Report to ensure that the prospective site is fit for purpose.
Each Site Assessment Report can be tailored to suit our clients needs but the primary objective is to identify any "Red Flags" and the potential impact on the project's viability. These reports can be prepared rapidly to fit the demands of our clients and are essential for verifying a proposed business case.
Site Assessment Reports include the following;
- Site Survey (as required)
- High Level Site Assessment (Utility Services, Planning, Existing Conditions)
- Sketch Drawing Assessment (Fit for purpose?)
- High Level Estimate (Budget)
- High Level Build Program (Time)
