TENDER & PROCUREMENT
When the approval stage nears completion, our team will initiate the tender and procurement stage by instructing the lead design consultant to prepare and develop a full set of tender drawings. Any amendments to the drawings resulting from the approvals stage (council conditions or landlord requirements) will be completed and presented back to our client for final approval.
Once approved, we review the tender documents to ensure the full scope of works are captured. Once complete, the project can be put out to tender.
All pricing submissions are thoroughly reviewed by our team and a tender summary report is presented to our client for final selection/approval. We will then arrange contract preparation and execution.
